Chris is a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects across the industrial, infrastructure, and commercial sectors. He has held the roles of Project Manager, Principal Agent, and Engineer's Representative on a diverse portfolio of projects, bringing technical expertise in civils design, drainage, and contract administration to every engagement. Chris has worked extensively across South Africa, with additional project experience in New Zealand, Zimbabwe, and Namibia.
Jolandi Serton
Director
Jolandi is a results-driven Design and Project Manager with years of progressive experience in the construction industry. Her career has taken her from South Africa to New Zealand, and most recently to large-scale master plan developments in Saudi Arabia, where she has worked alongside globally recognized architecture firms on prestigious, high-profile projects. Jolandi specializes in client-side design management, bringing a sharp eye for detail, proactive change management, and structured process implementation to ensure design integrity and coordination efficiency from concept through to delivery.
